26. How do you work under pressure?

Normally I love it!

27. What would be the ideal job for you?

I love my current job, but if I had to pick another I would either go for food critic or movie reviewer.

37. What have you learned from your mistakes?
I think every mistake is an opportunity for learning. I consider myself a very detailed person and I really do not like to make mistakes but when I do it is normally a mistake made due to lack of knowledge and there is nothing to help you learn something than a big goof!

43. What is your management style?
Team captain

45. What do you look for when you hire people?
Someone with potential and the willingness to learn.
