I think our company newsletter was a great success. It is a tool we have used for relationship development and it allows our clients to get to know us and our area of expertise better.

Keeping up with technology while keeping it at the right user level for the clients. This has been shown in website development and updates, the systems we use for our internal work, and how we conduct business.

My job relies on people, who at times can be unreliable. A lack of communication with clients and applicants is the typical stumbling block on solving career needs.
