101. What are three reasons for your success?
a. Goal Setting
b. Seeking the best in every situation
c. God – this is the most important. He gave me all my abilities and the desire to use my talents wisely.

106. How do you know you are doing a good job?
If I am doing a good job everyone is happy – the people I represent and the companies I place them with. Quality is always more important to me than quantity that are not good long term fits.

110. How do you motivate people?
I think the best way to motivate people is by example. Second is to communicate with them when they are doing well and to show them ways of improving when they are not doing their best.

123. Give me an example of some approaches you used when persuading someone to cooperate with you?
The thing I like most about working with accountants is that most have a very logical approach to problems and have thought out what they want in a new job. The secret to persuading anyone is to find out what is important to them and then seeing if those needs can be met while reaching your goal. If a person’s needs will not be met for me to reach my goal, then it is time for me to rethink my goal or this person in the solution. I do not believe in persuading someone to do something that is not good for them.
